According to a comment on Fishing Cactus' Facebook page, they will soon hold a fanart contest to determine who will win part of their next batch of C4 norn dolls:
"Indeed the next [contest] will be a fan art competition :) "
Unfortunately, I have no details regarding a deadline or theme yet, but I wanted to get the word out to give time for everyone to sharpen their pencils. ;)

There is a new Creatures Pinterest site recently made by Fishing Cactus, the developer of C4:

It looks as though they're accepting both fanart and Creatures-related images in general (like pictures of that norn doll you've had for ages). Unfortunately, being the social media luddite I am, I'm not sure how one submits something to the site (I assume an account is required), but it appears that deviantART entries are welcome over there.
